HEIR DIGITAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
Services Provided:
Services are: copying of non-copyrighted video tapes to DVD-R discs.
Services include labeling and free pick up and delivery.
Our default service is unsupervised transfers from videocassette to
DVD-R. Unsupervised means that blank spaces on your video will be blank
spaces on your DVD. Supervised transfers are charged at $20 per hour,
rather than $20 per tape (up to 160 minutes per tape).
An order form must be completed before copies will be produced.
Work order completion may take 2 to 6 weeks. Rush orders require a
30% premium fee.
Services are provided by CRAIG VIDEO COMMUNICATIONS, INC. doing
business as Heir Digital. Checks should be made payable to CRAIG VIDEO.
Payment Terms and Methods
Payment may be made by check, money order or in cash. Credit cards
are NOT accepted.
Payment must be made in full prior to return of the customer tapes
and DVD copies.
Care and Handling of the Customers’ Property / Damage or Loss of the
Customers’ Property
The utmost care and security will be employed when handling and
transporting the customer’s tapes.
By signing the work order, however, the customer understands that
CRAIG VIDEO is not responsible for damage or loss of the customer’s
tapes beyond the cost of the tape stock.
Occasionally, normal playback of a video cassette can cause tearing,
jamming, binding, folding or breaking of the tape within the shell. If
this should occur, CRAIG VIDEO will attempt to repair or find a
third-party to repair the tape if the customer so desires. The customer
must pay an advance deposit for the repair service before the repair
attempt commences.
Before submitting tape for transfer, it is strongly recommended that
the customer: fast-forward, then rewind and then play tapes submitted
for transfer to ensure proper operation and help determine a name for
the tape transfer.
Privacy
CRAIG VIDEO will keep the contents of the customer’s tapes private.
CRAIG VIDEO will make no copies of the customer’s tapes other than
those requested by the customer.
CRAIG VIDEO will not transfer copyrighted materials without a signed
consent form from the copyright holder.
CRAIG VIDEO will not share any information about the customer with
any third party.
